Well, this is our last week of Advent, and our lives will be very busy. Do not forget to take an extra moment to breathe and to slow down.

Please pray for Fr. Freddy and his family. He has written that they are okay and working on recovering from the cyclone that made landfall Monday near Chennai, India, his hometown.

Well, we are halfway through our preparation for Christmas. Do you feel that you are managing the Advent Season the way you wanted to?

Advent by Candlelight is a special evening for women to become renewed and refreshed, taking time from the Christmas rush. The program includes uplifting Scripture readings, music and reflections focused on the Advent season. Make your reservations soon!

Thanks for all your generosity to our parish, especially the Beyond Sunday Campaign. You are all invited to a special bilingual Mass and reception celebrating the Feast of Our Lady of Guadalupe this Saturday, December 10 at noon. Advent Prayer and Reconciliation services are also being planned to enhance your spiritual journey of Advent. Many opportunities to prepare our hearts for the true Christmas gift!
