WASHINGTON DEANERY LAY COUNCIL

Your Deanery Lay Council promotes, encourages, organizes and coordinates parish events within the Washington Deanery.  Each parish within the deanery is asked to designate a parish representative to serve on this council.  The Deanery Lay Council meets on the first Tuesday of the month, quarterly…February, May, August and November.  The meeting place is usually decided by the Deanery Priest and may change from year to year.

There are also events during the year, such as retreats and Day of Prayer that are specifically organized and sponsored by this council for the entire deanery.  If you are interested in serving on this council, please contact your pastor.
